Moon Valley's Essence of Perfection
Essie came to us from Marcia Thaxton
Sire: Ford's Buddy
Dam: Cimarron Peggy Sue
Essie was introduced to the livestock as a youngster. She was quiet good at pretending to check out the ground to calm the kids. They seem to be trying to figure out what she finds so interesting.
Now she has 'em in line
Playing the same trick on the turkeys.
Telling the cattle not to cross that fence!
Ever heard that an ES will create jobs for itself? Essie took on watching over this kitten.
At a little over a yr old Essence was showing alot of  bidability. I am amazed at her quick responce to my calling her back. Often I call her right when she has taken too much interest in something, but she drops it and returns to me the very minute I call her off.
Here I asked Essie to move the goats away from the feed trough so I could pour feed. She put them out the door then stood guard.
Here I asked her to move the goats away from a gate and she gathered them to one side and held them there.
These last 3 photos were taken when she was 18 mths old.
